I’ll share my best practices for record a remote interview using remote recording tool Descript. You’ll record with an actual stakeholder of your organization between workshop 1 and 2. The work you create in this workshop isn’t just for practice. Everything you create will ready-to-use ready to help you tell your organization’s impact story.
Identify Powerful Moments

We'll use Descript to create video clips from raw interview footage without the learning curve of traditional video editors. Descript lets you read through a transcript of your footage, leave annotations and comments, and create clips of your most powerful moments—as easy as editing a Google doc.
WORKSHOP 3
Build Your Component Library
Organize story clips, key messages, brand elements, photo library, and other storytelling assets in your Cavan uploads folder. Canva becomes a communications workshop full of easy-to-find, reusable components for your content creation needs.

Use Your New Canva Storybank
Tell your organization’s impact story across format, channel, and audience. Your Canva Storybank is a system that help you effectively and efficiently telling your organization's impact story through the authentic lived experiences of the people the organization serves and supports—and drive real supporter action.
